We do NOT install any products.
We can provide advice as to how to install if you'd like to install yourself. We do also recommend contractors to install.
Simply call or come by and we'll give you our recommendations based on the job you're wanting done!

We warranty verified plant purchases from us for up to one year.
We will replace the plant ONCE, up to the price originally paid.
You must be able to show proof of purchase (we store purchases under your name if you tell us at time of purchase), as well as bring the dead plants back for us to diagnose and hopefully help you with your next plant!
We encourage you to follow our planting guide, as well as contact us if you're having any trouble with plants. We'll do our best to help you figure out the problem BEFORE the plant dies.
We DO NOT take returns of bulk items.
For returns of pallet stone and similar products there is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
For Pavestone Returns, we only take full UNDAMAGED layers/patterns for return, and they will have a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Any fertilizer/grass seed/similar product that came from us wet or damaged (excluding bags sold at broken bag discount) will be replaced at no cost.
